Winners of the international TV festival Northern Character 09

Chairman of the international jury Nils Gaup (Norway) gives Grand Prix to the Swedish film-maker Gunilla Bresky
The second international TV festival Northern Character took place in Murmansk. More than 70 films, documentaries, programs, feature films and reportages from Russia, Norway, Finland, Sweden competed in the different categories. The Grand prix of the festival got Swedish filmmaker Gunilla Bresky for her film The Gray Blanket Embroidet with Flowers. Barents Press was among the organizers. We publish the Minutes of the jury meeting.
