Northern Characters prizes and diplomas

Yesterday in Murmansk was closed the 4 international documentary films and  TV programs. In total, 115 films from Russia, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Canada,  Estonia  the   Netherlands and Italy have taken part in the contest.
